Villa la Trovata

Villa La Trovata is part of the Maczoni Recanati estate in the Marche region of Italy.
The project involved the development of the property including the reconstruction of an existing house, a new custodian’s house as well as landscaping and amenities such as the infinity pool, tennis court and wellness spa.

Special attention was given to the house design to maximise the use of space and to the choice of materials and finishes so the building has a contemporary aesthetic while respecting its rural context.
